As a Senior IT Asset Manager with HCL Tech on its AARP contract, I led ServiceNow hardware asset management initiatives and worked across inventory, warehouses, stock transfers, vendors, and lifecycle workflows.
My experience also includes software licensing: procurement, deployment, renewal, reharvesting, retirement, compliance audits, and entitlement records in ServiceNow SAM.
Hardware asset management
Asset flows, tasks, custom workflows, stock rules, and coordination across the hardware lifecycle.
Software asset management
License usage and entitlements, audit preparation, reconciliation, and opportunities to reclaim underused licenses.
Working across teams
Collaboration with procurement, finance, security, and IT, alongside stakeholder training in asset management practices.
