Bring a professional portfolio and personal interests into one coherent setting, while keeping the information easy to read.

A place to bring things together.

A personal portfolio built around an explorable miniature terrarium. The project combines a garden experience with conventional reading pages, so visitors can explore the setting or go straight to the information.

Avery supplied the garden brief and visual references: lush terrariums, branching roots, moss, and quiet sunlight. Familiar navigation sits alongside journeys to objects in the garden.

Two ways through the same content.

One content source supplies both garden panels and static reading pages. Visitors can explore the setting or go directly to About, Experience, Capabilities, Work, Résumé, and Contact. Optional motion and adjustable scene quality make the experience flexible.

Making the garden.

Implemented with Codex using Astro, React, Three.js, and Blender. Original botanical forms and props join credited CC0 assets from Poly Haven. Quality settings, optional motion, and a standard reading view support different visitor needs.

Original foliage, terrain, roots, and props sit alongside credited fern and Calathea models and scanned surfaces. The editable Blender source and procedural build scripts support further changes to the miniature world.

A useful lesson.

A detailed scene needs deliberate limits. Clear camera corridors, manageable asset files, and readable HTML help a visual idea work as a useful website. The garden’s standard reading view gives every visitor a direct path to the content.
